Set up in 2020 by two brothers with extensive food and restaurant experience, Gringo's was born out of desire to create dishes that are literally bursting with flavour. We travelled, we researched and we took inspiration from the bustling, vibrant street markets of East Africa and Asia. Guided by intoxicating aromas, authentic flavours and through exploration of traditional recipes such as the Portuguese piri piri sauce, we took everything we learnt into the kitchen and introduced our own sizzling sauces, closely guarded recipes that are unique only to Gringo's.
